We respect the reputation of the ABB, DELTA brand, our VFDs are designed, manufactured, and tested to offer equivalent performance and reliability, making them a strong alternative in the market.
What is the warranty period and how it will be serviced or replaced?
We provide 20 months warranty，you will get free VFD from us to replace it if faulty happens,we will send you one free spare parts when you quantity is over 50pcs，even though our faulty rate is already controlled under 1%, we will send you spare part for reparing if VFD is out of warranty.
We need to know, after we establish your brand , people may approach
you directly for these products- as such what will be our position?
Absolutely. We’ll safeguard your position via these measures:
1. Customer Relationship Management
We’ll use a tracking system. All inquiries will be logged. Our teams will be trained to direct customers back to you for relevant services and flag cases where you’re involved.
